Terms and Conditions for Source Energy Healing and Guidance
Thank you for your interest in energy healing! Couple legal things to highlight here:
- Introduction
By accessing or using our long-distance energy healing services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
- Services Offered
Our long-distance energy healing services aim to promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being. We focus entirely on wellbeing and love when you allow your wellbeing to flow through you!
- Booking and Payment
3.1 Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, email, or phone. Clients will receive a confirmation upon booking.
3.2 Payment
Payments are due at the time of booking. We accept PayPal and Stripe as payment options. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- Client Responsibilities
4.1 Health Disclosure
Clients must disclose any medical conditions or concerns that may affect the session. Energy healing is complementary and does not replace medical treatment. (We are definitely not doctors!)
4.2 Participation
Clients have the option to participate actively in the session, or to relax while the energy healing is taking place. There is no obligation to have the video on for the session and participation is entirely voluntary.
- Confidentiality
These sessions are a safe space! All information shared during sessions is 100% confidential. We will not share any personal details without your consent, except as required by law.
- Limitations of Service
Our services do not guarantee specific results. Energy healing is subjective and varies by individual. Clients are encouraged to seek medical advice when necessary.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeiture of payment.
- Limitation of Liability
By using our services, you acknowledge that energy healing is a complementary practice and release Source Energy from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the session.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
